While one of their picks for the exacta--Saltine "like the crackers" Warrior--won the race, that was little solace to Frank & Fritzy, both of whom lost a C-note. In fact, it sounds like Frank never placed a bet before in his life, making us wonder if he failed Racketeering 101.
